I can upload somewhere if you want. Remembering the Kanji volume 1 is somewhere around 2200 with the current Jouyou supplement, and is probably the best choice for beginners. Studying only kana/romaji/audio resources will mean less interference between the two parts of your study. Jun 28, 2011 - For the eager beavers who complete books one and two and are still hungry for more, check out Heisig's third book, Remembering the Kanji 3: Writing and Reading Japanese Characters for Upper-Level Proficiency. Hesig covers Figure on 2 to 4 months of reasonably-paced study. Pretty difficult to adjust actually, since I already have a background in Mandarin prior to deciding to learn Japanese.
